Supreme Court dismissed an appeal against the rejection of Pervez Musharraf's nomination papers
The Supreme Court dismissed an appeal against the rejection of Pervez Musharraf's nomination papers. Former President Pervez Musharraf's appeal was dismissed on grounds of ineffectiveness, according to the Supreme Court.

Pervez Musharraf submitted nomination papers for the 2013 elections, the 2013 Assembly ended in 2018, the lawyer said Musharraf had submitted nomination papers from Karachi, the court directed musharraf's second appeal to be placed before the larger bench.

Justice Umar Atabandyal ruled that today's case has been dismissed, the second will be decided when it is taken.
