Corona claims 91 more lives in pakistan within a day
The COVID-19 has claimed 91 more lives during the past 24 hours, taking the country’s overall death toll to 25,094.

The National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) said that the country’s number of overall confirmed cases has risen to 1,131,659 after the emergence of 4,075 new infections.
Overall 1,015,519 have recovered from the pandemic, adding that the positivity rate of infections was recorded at 6.79 per cent.
The COVID-19 claimed 91 more lives across Pakistan in the last 24 hours, the NCOC said, adding that 5,513 people are in critical condition.

Overall 17,336,393 tests have been conducted so far to diagnose the deadly virus in Pakistan including 59,943 in the past 24 hours.
Sindh province is the most affected region of the country with 422,418 infections, followed by the Punjab province which has reported 382,332 cases.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa remains third on the list with 157,721 cases. Islamabad, 96,771, Balochistan, 31,865, AJK, 30,865 and GB have reported 9,687 new infections, so far.

The development came during a meeting of Opposition party leaders in Islamabad, where they decided to form a committee that would draft a plan of action to move the no-confidence motion. The federal cabinet amended the Exit Control List (ECL) on Tuesday on the recommendation of the Interior Ministry, removing 22 names from the no-fly list and adding 10 people to it, while giving a one-time permission to three people to leave the country. Those added to the ECL included Shahzad Akbar, who served as adviser on interior and accountability to former prime minister Imran Khan, and Ziaul Mustafa Naseem. Both names were included in the ECL based on cases pertaining to a private housing scheme. The cabinet meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, received a briefing from the Climate Change Ministry on the effects of climate change in the country. Pakistan rejects illegal grant of IOK domicile certificates to Indians

Pakistan has categorically rejected the grant of domicile certificates of Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IOK) by the Indian authorities to reportedly 25,000 Indian nationals. In a statement, Foreign Office Spokesperson Aisha Farooqui said that the certificates issued to non-Kashmiris including, among others, the Indian government officials under “Jammu and Kashmir Grant of Domicile Certificate (Procedure), 2020” are illegal, void and in complete violation of the relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions, and International law including the 4th Geneva Convention.
